4 days, more than 5000 companies & over 25000 new products - Thats how big the consumer electronics show (CES) Los Angeles is. Lets look at the new direction this mammoth event has pointed us towards.
TV: THE CENTRE OF OUR UNIVERSE
From being just the idiotbox, the TV has made a grand comeback. Apps that look good hanging on the wall, true real time net connectivity, video/movies-on-demand & the start of voice-gesture-face control, all marking the arrival of the TV into the smart age. And the list only goes on... Mindblowing surreal clarity, making 1080P look bad even 8K resolution. glassless 3D ; & OLED finally becoming cheaper.
Verdict: Once we have 4K OLED Glassless 3D TV`s with full wireless Net connectivity & smart apps, The TV will match up to the smartphone. Still, to all those who just bought their new smartphones need not worry, the TV won`t replace it, since it can`t fit in your pocket, might replace the landline though, hmmm.....
